Founder of Rendeur Private Limited, a social enterprise, Renee Tan has uplifted both MNCs and SMEs from multiple industries in brand transformation, integrated multi-channel marketing advisory and implementation online to offline. She has also upskilled employees and individuals through customised learning and development programs catered to meet the gaps of the learners. 

 

She is also the brand owner of the omni-channel media platform, H.E.R Entrepreneur, where she inspires, educates and empowers women entrepreneurs and leaders across Asia through online content, monthly H.E.R LearnXNetwork sessions and convenes business owners, leaders and investors across Asia at the yearly H.E.R Asia Summit.

 

As a social enterprise, part of her proceeds are utilised to provide free training programs for low income families or marginalised women, who are beneficiaries of our charity partners. 

 

Renee Tan has been in the B2B media and MICE industry for more than 8 years. She used to attain the highest sales figure for the entire APAC office in a year, before becoming the General Manager in a global B2B media company where she trained Sales Managers in the APAC office and managed her own team.  

 

She was connected with MNCs, government agencies, investors, and institutions in various industry sectors such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Mining, Energy, Supply Chain and Logistics, Hedge Funds, and Private Banking  since 2010. 

 

She is certified with Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) issued by Workforce Singapore (WSG), a national certificate which allows her to facilitate 

trainings under the WSQ framework in Singapore. 

 

She holds a Double Major in Psychology and Marketing from the Singapore Management University and a Diploma in Molecular Biotechnology.
