Introduction
The course will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to review organisation strategic business goals and objectives, understand the needs and apply processes to consult key stakeholders to develop the workforce, apply processes to redesign jobs, apply processes to analyse and identify skill gaps, evaluate a cost-effective method of acquiring the skills and establish monitoring and evaluation guidelines.
Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of the course, attendees will be able to:
1. Acquire the knowledge to review organisation strategic business goals and objectives for SMART Manufacturing and Sustainability.
2. Understand the needs and apply processes to consult key stakeholders to develop the workforce for SMART Manufacturing and Sustainability.
3. Apply process to redesign jobs.
4. Apply process to analyse and identify skill gaps.
5. Acquire knowledge to evaluate a cost-effective method of acquiring the skills required for SMART Manufacturing and Sustainability.
6. Establish monitoring and evaluation guidelines.

* For BFG-SIM Certification, average Participant will spend about 14-15 days training
